Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM with check-out at 11:00 AM.
If you require an early arrival or a late departure, please contact our front desk in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your request based on current availability (additional fees may apply).

Yes, a temporary security deposit hold is placed on your credit card at check-in to cover incidental charges. Debit card holders require a separate hold of $250. This hold is fully released upon check-out, provided there are no damages or missing items from the room.

The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age to reserve a room and check in. A valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Driver’s License or Passport) is required at the time of arrival to verify age and identity.
Guests under the age of 18 are more than welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during their stay.

We accept cash payments, but a valid credit card must be kept on file for all reservations. For security and verification, the physical credit card must be present at check-in. Please note that we require a physical card to insert/swipe and do not accept tap-to-pay (such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or contactless tap).

We offer three distinct room types to accommodate your stay:
Standard: Features a single queen bed.
Deluxe: Features two full-sized beds.
Superior: Our largest room, featuring two queen beds.
Premium: Features your choice of a single queen bed or a king bed.

No, we do not have a pool or serve hot breakfast, but we do offer a continental breakfast.

Yes! We offer free parking directly in front of your room door. Because of our layout, we can also accommodate larger vehicles like trailers or trucks (please contact us ahead of time if you are bringing an oversized vehicle; additional fees may apply for larger vehicles such as trailers).

No. The Orange Motel focuses exclusively on short-term rentals and standard overnight stays. We do not offer long-term monthly rates.

No, all of our guest rooms are strictly non-smoking (including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, e-cigarettes, and smokeless tobacco). A $250 charge will be applied for smoking in any room. A tampering fee applies if smoke alarms are disabled or compromised. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.

Yes! Maximum of one dog per designated pet room; must register in advance. Availability is limited. There is a $75 non-refundable deposit plus a nightly fee. Pets must not be left unsupervised.

For the safety of all guests, pets must be kept on a leash whenever they are outside of your room. Pets should not be left unattended in guest rooms. Owners are responsible for any noise disturbances or damages.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Service animals are welcome at the Orange Motel and are not subject to pet fees. Please note that Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not considered service animals under the ADA or Florida law. While we welcome your ESA, they are subject to our standard pet policy.

No self-service laundry is available, and washing clothes in guest rooms or hanging them on outdoor rails is strictly prohibited. However, housekeeping can wash and fold your laundry for a fee. Please contact the front desk for details.

No, cooking in guest rooms is strictly prohibited, and rooms do not include kitchenettes. Outside cooking appliances are not allowed on the property and will result in a fine if used.
