Yes, a temporary security deposit hold is placed on your credit card at check-in to cover incidental charges. Please note that debit card and prepaid card holders require a separate hold of $250. This hold is fully released upon check-out, provided there are no damages or missing items from the room.

• The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age to reserve a room and check in. A valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Driver’s License or Passport) is required at the time of arrival to verify age and identity.

• Guests under the age of 18 are more than welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during their stay.

Yes! We allow a maximum of one dog per designated pet-friendly room, and they must be registered with the front desk in advance. Pet-friendly accommodations are limited. Please confirm availability at the time of booking. There is a $75 non-refundable pet deposit plus a $20 nightly fee.

• For the safety of all guests, pets must be kept on a leash whenever they are outside of your room.

• Pets should not be left unattended in guest rooms. Owners are responsible for any noise disturbances or damages.

• In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Service animals are welcome at the Orange Motel and are not subject to pet fees. Please note that Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not considered service animals under the ADA or Florida law. While we welcome your ESA, they are subject to our standard pet policy.
