Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To receive a full refund, please review our cancellation guidelines below:

1. Standard Cancellation Window

  • Free Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time (3:00 PM on the day of arrival).

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will be charged a penalty fee equal to the first night's room rate plus tax.

2. No-Show Policy

  • If you do not arrive for your reservation and do not contact us to cancel, your booking will be marked as a "No-Show."

  • No-shows will be charged for the first night of the stay (room rate plus tax), and any remaining nights on the reservation will be cancelled.

3. Weekly Stay Cancellations

  • For longer weekly stays, we require a 72-hour notice prior to your check-in date for a full refund.

  • Early departures on weekly stays are subject to a prorated fee depending on the remaining days of the booking.

4. How to Cancel

  • If you booked directly through our website, please use your confirmation email to modify or cancel your booking, or contact us directly at orangemotel.info@gmail.com.

  • If you booked through a third-party website (such as Expedia or Booking.com), you must process your cancellation directly through their platform.
