Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To receive a full refund, please review our cancellation guidelines below:
1. Standard Cancellation Window
Free Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time (3:00 PM on the day of arrival).
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will be charged a penalty fee equal to the first night's room rate plus tax.
2. No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive for your reservation and do not contact us to cancel, your booking will be marked as a "No-Show."
No-shows will be charged for the first night of the stay (room rate plus tax), and any remaining nights on the reservation will be cancelled.
3. Weekly Stay Cancellations
For longer weekly stays, we require a 72-hour notice prior to your check-in date for a full refund.
Early departures on weekly stays are subject to a prorated fee depending on the remaining days of the booking.
4. How to Cancel
If you booked directly through our website, please use your confirmation email to modify or cancel your booking, or contact us directly at orangemotel.info@gmail.com.
If you booked through a third-party website (such as Expedia or Booking.com), you must process your cancellation directly through their platform.
