Welcome to the Orange Motel. By booking a stay or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Rates and Payment

• All rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes.

• A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Full payment is due at check-in unless otherwise specified in your booking agreement.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In: Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the reservation.

• Check-Out: Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs must be requested in advance and may be subject to additional fees.

3. Nightly & Weekly Stay Rules

• We offer both nightly and weekly rental options.

• Weekly stay occupants must adhere to standard guest guidelines and may be subject to routine room inspections or scheduled service rotations.

4. Property Policies

• No Smoking: All guest rooms and indoor areas are 100% smoke-free. A cleaning fee will be assessed for violations.

• No Pool / No Hot Breakfast: To keep our rates competitive, we do not feature a swimming pool or serve hot breakfast.

• Damages: Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to motel property, fixtures, or furnishings during their stay.

5. Liability

The Orange Motel is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of money, jewelry, or other personal property left in guest rooms or vehicles.

6. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or evict any guest who violates motel policies, creates a disturbance, or compromises the safety and comfort of other guests and staff.
